Three Palestinians injured in latest Israeli raids in Jenin

The Palestinian Red Crescent in Jenin confirmed to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, which serves as °®Âþµºâ€™s Arabic-language sister site, that ambulance crews dealt with three injuries during the violence that erupted. One person, who is 18 years-old, is said to in critical condition after being seriously wounded by a live bullet which hit him in the chest.
Meanwhile, the other two Palestinians, who are aged 20 and 27 years-old respectively, were injured in the stomach and the lower limbs, and their conditions are reported to be moderate.
The victims are receiving treatment at Ibn Sina hospital, according to Wafa.
Moreover, more violenceÌýerupted between Palestinian youth and Israeli occupation forces during an army raid on Nazareth Street and Haifa Street, also in Jenin, though no casualties were reported.
Sunday’s aggressionÌýfollows a series of conducted in Jenin and other Palestinian cities, towns and villages in the West Bank.
Earlier this week, Israeli soldiers injured with tear gas during a raid on the Jenin refugee camp, where they arrested three Palestinians, two ofÌýwhom were later released.
Palestinians in the West Bank, which has been illegally occupied by Israel following the 1967 invasion, are regularly subjected to violence, threats and intimidation at the hands of Israeli forces.
