It sounds bizarre, and well, it is. An Egyptian wedding with an Islamic State group (IS, formerly ISIS) theme?
A groom, Ahmed Shehata, and his friends in Manoufia, Egypt, apparently thought it appropriate to give the wedding a twist, with the groom's friends wearing masks and waving fake swords, all to the tune of a remixed version of an IS song made famous in their gruesome videos.
Perhaps most unsettling was the use of a cage mimicking that which IS used to burn Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kassasbeh in and parade Kurdish peshmerga fighters. Ahmed and his bride Shymaa Daif danced in it.
