A new Twitter video from the Free Syrian Army claims to show United States forces being evicted from al-Rai, but fails to show any US troops.
The clip, posted on Friday by Mohammad Basbous, whose Twitter profile states he is a journalist in the Aleppo region, shows a group of armed Syrians standing around a group of vehicles chanting anti-American slogans before a convoy of Toyota vehicles drives past.
The video has not been verified and a Pentagon spokesperson has yet to respond.
In a tweet posted an hour later, the FSA said Syrians don't want Western boots on the ground.
Al-Rai is located in the north of Syria, close to the Turkish border.
