Jordan's King Abdullah in Doha for talks with Qatar's Tamim
King Abdullah met Qatar’s Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani in a rare visit to on Tuesday.
In King Abdullah's first visit to Qatar in many years, the two discussed relations during official at the Amiri Diwan.
The two leaders were later spotted having dinner at one of the restaurants in Msheireb Downtown – the capital’s newest and most luxurious areas, according to Doha News.
King Abdullah was accompanied by a delegation that included foreign minister Ayman Safadi and Prime Minister Bisher Al Khasawneh.
Safadi and Qatar’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani signed an agreement on mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and special passports, along with an agreement signed between the Qatar Investment Authority and ´³´Ç°ù»å²¹²Ô’s Government Investments Management Company.

Queen Rania, who accompanied her husband during the visit, met with Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al-Thani, the wife of Sheikh Tamim.
The visitÌýfirst meeting between the two leaders since Sheikh Tamim visited Jordan in February 2020.
