Football duo Hakimi and Mbappe spotted in Morocco on next leg of travels
Famous football duo Achraf Hakimi and Kylian Mbappe were reportedly spotted Saturday taking downtime in Morocco, in the next leg of their travels together.
The Paris Saint-Germain teammates were seen in New York’s Times Square last week wearing masks that only temporarily hid them from public recognition after watching an NBA game in the city.
A few days later, they dined together at a well-known restaurant in the Moroccan city of Marrakech, according to footage shared on social media.
"The inseparable H’M Hakimi and Mbappe are currently in Marrakech where they [had] dinner in a famous restaurant in the city," a PSG fan account wrote on Twitter.
Footage accompanying the tweet showed the football stars sitting at a fancy table surrounded by numerous bodyguards with the date "07/01/23" at the bottom.
The footage has not been independently verified.

Hakimi joined the Parisian team PSG in July 2021, where he and Mbappe fast became friends, according to multiple media reports - with the Frenchmen helping his teammate adjust to the new surroundings.
Social media is often abuzz with images of the pair doing practiced handshakes and celebrations together during matches.
During the World Cup, Hakimi and Mbappe had to play against each other when Morocco and France faced off in a hotly-anticipated semi-final. Images of the two embracing before the game were shared widely online.
The famous pair have previously travelled to Morocco together to enjoy their summer holiday.
They were born just over a month apart, in November and December 1998. Hakimi was born in the Spanish capital of Madrid to Moroccan parents, while Mbappe, whose father is Cameroonian and mother is Algerian, hails from Paris.
PSG face French football club Angers on Wednesday 11 January.
