At least 11 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a residential building in the northern Gaza town of Beit Lahia in the early hours of Thursday, official Palestinian news agency Wafa said, as Israel orders the forced displacement of thousands in Deir Al-Balah.
Three Palestinians were also killed on Thursday by an Israeli strike on a house in the Tulkarm refugee camp, the Palestinian health ministry said in a statement, amid another assault in the occupied West Bank.
It comes after Gaza ceasefire talks stumbled after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken ended a tour of the Middle East aiming to reach an accord as tensions rise in the region.
