An Israeli military court on Tuesday sentenced Ahed Tamimi's brother Waed to 14 months in jail for throwing stones at Israeli border police, Haaretz reported.
Waed has been in detention since May for an identical charge and will be given credit for time served.
His sister, Ahed, was released from jail last month following an eight month sentence after slapping two Israeli soldiers, an episode on video that made her a symbol of resistance for Palestinians.
Both Ahed Tamimi and her mother were sentenced to eight months in an Israeli military court following a plea deal over the December incident, which the family said took place in their yard in Nabi Saleh.
The Tamimi family, which hails from the West Bank village, has long been a symbol of non-violent Palestinian resistance to the Israeli occupation.
At least 160 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire and over 10,000 have been injured since mass demonstrations began 30 March.
