Elon Musk, Jared Kushner spotted together at Qatar World Cup final
Twitter owner Elon Musk and Jared Kushner, a former advisor to ex-US President Donald Trump,Ìýwere seen together at the final of the World Cup in Qatar on Sunday.
The two were among the 89,000-strong crowd watching a thrilling matchÌýat the Lusail Stadium, where Argentina defeated France to become World Cup winners for the third time.

Kushner - who is Trump's son-in-law - and Musk make an unlikely pairing, as the former US president has in the past taken issue with the South African billionaire’s actions and comments.Ìý
Earlier this year, Trump - who is running for a third time to become president - called Musk a "bull*** artist", claiming he had lied about whether or not he had voted for him.
Trump had also said he did not think Musk would follow through on his bid to buy Twitter.
Trump, notorious for tweets that were dog whistles for white supremacy,Ìýwas in January 2021. His account has been reinstated, but he has said he will not return to the platform. A company of his launched social media site Truth Social in early 2022.
Musk bought Twitter in a $44 billion takeover in October - but his leadership over the app has been ridiculed.
Ivanka Trump - daughter of the former president and wife of Kushner - has in the past.
She attended World Cup matches earlier on in the tournament, along with Kushner and their children.
The family with French football star Kylian Mbappe after France’s win over Denmark in the group stages.
Les Bleus star Mbappe was in far lower spirits on Sunday after his team’s defeat to Argentina despite his hat-trick.
French President Emmanuel Macron, who attended both France’s semi-final match and the final, tried on multiple occasions to console the youngster after his team’s loss.
But a dejected Mbappe was unresponsive to the French president’s pats on his head, back and stomach.
